Job summary

Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Hollywood is seeking a front desk associate to accurately rate rooms and maintain the rack under the Front Desk Manager's direction. You will ensure proper room statuses, respond to guest requests, and support nightly operations in a fast-paced casino hotel environment.

Applicants should have a High School Diploma or equivalent, hotel front desk experience preferred, and flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent education required and minimum front desk/hotel experience preferred or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Checking out vacant and clean (due out) rooms and changing statuses of rooms in the rack.
• Running alert date reports.
• Reviewing out-of-order and off-market rooms on a daily basis for validity.
• Answering incoming phone calls and responding to guest requests.
• Responding to guests checking out via video check-out.
• Offering bell assistance to each guest upon departure and running applicable reports to verify correct room rates.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
