Holiday Inn Express Norwood is seeking a friendly Guest Service Agent to join our Norwood, MA team. This full-time position involves guest registration, reservations, and delivering local information to guests. Prior hospitality or customer service experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent.
• 1+ year employment experience in a related position.
• Must work onsite at the hotel location.
• Hours: Full Time 32-40 hours/week; PM/Eve shifts; weekends/holidays.
• Proficiency in English.
• willingness to learn new technology platforms.

Responsibilities

• Handle guest check-in/check-out and reservations.
• Provide information on local amenities and hotel services.
• Resolve payment discrepancies and process payments.
• Respond to guest issues promptly and courteously.
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
