Buffalo Lodging Associates seeks a Full-Time Front Desk Agent for Hampton Inn by Hilton-Boston/Bedford/Burlington in Billerica, MA. Candidates should be available mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays; Hilton experience is preferred. You will greet guests, handle check‑in/out, manage reservations, and promote services.

The role emphasizes guest service excellence and efficient use of the Property Management System to ensure a smooth guest experience.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience, preferably in a hotel setting.
• Hilton experience is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Computer knowledge including intranet, Property Management System, Word, and Excel is strongly preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving history subject to company approval.

Responsibilities

• Greeting guests and completing the check‑in/check‑out procedure through the Property Management System while obtaining and storing pertinent information.
• Handling cash, credit card information and goods at the property.
• Identifying the needs of each guest and providing relevant information regarding hotel services and amenities to create an accommodating environment for all; responding to all guest requests in a timely manner.
• Taking reservations from incoming callers, inputting all information into the hotel management system, and updating or canceling reservations as requested by the guest.
