Job summary

RRI West Management, LLC is seeking a full-time Front Desk GSR at Red Roof Plus+ West Springfield to welcome guests, manage check-ins/outs, and handle guest requests. A friendly, dependable, and customer-focused individual is preferred, with at least 1 year of hotel or customer service experience.

Holidays and weekends are required. The role offers a sign-on bonus and weekly pay, with benefits including health, dental, vision, life insurance, and 401(k) matching.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of customer service experience required.
• Hotel front desk experience preferred.
• Must be available to work weekends and holidays.
• Must be flexible to work any shift scheduled.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Welcomes guests and assists with their stay, including checking in/out, wake-up calls, and handling guest requests.
• Take reservation requests and adjust reservations as needed.
• Work with hotel management and other team members to provide an excellent guest experience.
• Use the front desk computer system to complete transactions and run reports.
• Coordinate with housekeeping to manage room availability and guest needs.
• Create a welcoming and positive environment for every guest.

• Position: Full Time Front Desk
• Starting Pay: Up to $17.00 to $18.00 /hour depending on experience.
• Pay Frequency: Weekly
• Experience Required: At least 1 year of Hotel or Customer Service Experience
• Bonus: $500.00 Sign-On Bonus

We are currently seeking a Full-Time front desk GSR to become the face of our property and help to create a welcoming experience for every guest.

Candidates must be available to work weekends and holidays and must be flexible to work any shift scheduled.

Sign- On Bonus- $500.00

This is paid out in three instalments:

• $100 after 30 days of employment
• $150 after 90 days of employment
• $250 after 6 months of employment

Sign-on bonus payments are subject to the company’s eligibility and employment requirements.

Available Shifts:

• First Shipt- 7am to 3pm
• Second Shift- 3pm-11pm
• Night Audit- 11pm-7am
• Must be flexible to work any shift when scheduled.

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of customer service experience required.
• Hotel front desk experience preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Reliable and detailed- oriented
• Reliable attendance and punctuality are required for all scheduled shifts.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

What does a day as a Front Desk GSR look like?

As a Front Desk GSR you will:

• Welcomes guests and assist them with their stay, including checking in/out, wake up/courtesy calls, and handling guest concerns and requests.
• Take reservation requests and adjusting reservations as needed.
• Works with Hotel Management and other team members to provide an excellent guest experience.
• Use our front desk computer system to complete customer transactions and run reports.
• Communicate with the housekeeping team to be aware of room availability or guests.
• Help create a welcoming and positive environment for every guest.
