Job summary

RRI West Management, LLC is hiring for a Full-Time Front Desk GSR at Red Roof St. Clairsville– Wheeling. The role covers guest check-in/out, reservations, and delivering an exceptional hospitality experience. Weekend and holiday availability is required, with a sign-on bonus offered.

Responsibilities

• Welcomes guests and assists with check-in/check-out, wake-up calls, and guest concerns.
• Take reservation requests and adjust reservations as needed.
• Collaborate with hotel management and team to ensure an excellent guest experience.
• Use the front desk system to process transactions and run reports.
• Coordinate with housekeeping regarding room availability and status.
• Foster a welcoming and positive environment for all guests.

• Position: Full Time Front Desk
• Starting Pay: $13.50 to $15.00/hour depending on experience.
• Pay Frequency: Biweekly
• Experience Required: At least 1 year of Hotel or Customer Service Experience
• Bonus: $500.00 Sign-On Bonus
• Holidays and Weekends Required

Do you enjoy helping people and providing outstanding customer service? The St. Clairsville location is seeking friendly, dependable, and customer-focused individuals to join our team!

We are currently seeking a Full-Time front desk GSR to become the face of our property and help to create a welcoming experience for every guest.

Candidates must be available to work weekends and holidays and must be flexible to work any shift scheduled.

Sign- On Bonus- $500.00

This is paid out in three instalments:

• $100 after 30 days of employment
• $150 after 90 days of employment
• $250 after 6 months of employment

Sign-on bonus payments are subject to the company’s eligibility and employment requirements.

Available Shifts:

• First Shipt- 7am to 3pm
• Second Shift- 3pm-11pm
• Night Audit- 11pm-7am
• Must be flexible to work any shift when scheduled.

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of customer service experience required.
• Hotel front desk experience preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Reliable and detailed- oriented
• Reliable attendance and punctuality are required for all scheduled shifts.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

What does a day as a Front Desk GSR look like?

As a Front Desk GSR you will:

• Welcomes guests and assist them with their stay, including checking in/out, wake up/courtesy calls, and handling guest concerns and requests.
• Take reservation requests and adjusting reservations as needed.
• Works with Hotel Management and other team members to provide an excellent guest experience.
• Use our front desk computer system to complete customer transactions and run reports.
• Communicate with the housekeeping team to be aware of room availability or guests.
• Help create a welcoming and positive environment for every guest.
