Job summary

RRI West Management, LLC is seeking a Full-Time Front Desk GSR at the Red Roof PLUS+ Columbus OSU location. This role involves checking guests in/out, handling reservations, and delivering outstanding hospitality at a busy Columbus hotel.

Candidates must have 1 year of hotel or customer service experience, with strong communication and teamwork skills. Weekend and holiday availability is required; starting pay is $17.00–$18.00 per hour with biweekly pay.

Responsibilities

• Welcomes guests and assists them with their stay, including checking in/out, wake up/courtesy calls, and handling guest concerns and requests.
• Take reservation requests and adjusting reservations as needed.
• Works with Hotel Management and other team members to provide an excellent guest experience.
• Use front desk computer system to complete customer transactions and run reports.
• Communicate with the housekeeping team to be aware of room availability or guests.
• Help create a welcoming and positive environment for every guest.

• Starting Pay: $17.00 to $18.00/hour depending on experience.

We are currently seeking a Full-Time front desk GSR to become the face of our property and help to create a welcoming experience for every guest.

Candidates must be available to work weekends and holidays and must be flexible to work any shift scheduled.

Available Shifts:

• Night Audit- 11pm-7am 40 Hours
• Must be flexible to work any shift when scheduled.

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of customer service experience required.

What does a day as a Front Desk GSR look like?
