Job summary

RRI West is seeking a Front Desk Guest Service Representative for the Red Roof Inn Salem, NH to deliver exceptional hospitality and guest service. The role requires strong communication, teamwork, and reliable attendance on a full-time basis.

The GSR will handle check-ins/outs, reservations, and guest requests while maintaining accurate records and coordinating with housekeeping and management to ensure a seamless guest experience.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of customer service experience.
• Hotel front desk experience preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Dependable, detailed-oriented, and organized.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality required for all shifts.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and assist with check-in/check-out, wake-up calls, courtesy calls, and guest requests.
• Respond to guest questions, address concerns, and help resolve issues professionally.
• Process reservation requests and adjust existing reservations as needed.
• Use the front desk computer system to complete transactions, maintain accurate records, and run reports.
• Coordinate with housekeeping to manage room availability and guest needs.
• Collaborate with hotel management and team members to deliver an excellent guest experience.
• Maintain a welcoming, friendly, and professional environment.

We are currently seeking a Full-Time front desk Guest Service Representative (GSR) to become the face of our property and help to create a welcoming positive experience for every guest. If you enjoy connecting with people, solving problems, and making guests feel at home, we want to hear from you!

Description

• Location: Red Roof Inn Salem
• Address: 15 Red Roof Lane, Salem, NH 03079
• Position: Full Time Front Desk
• Schedule: Second Shift 3pm to 11pm. Holidays and Weekends Required
• Must be Flexible to work any scheduled shift.
• Bonus: $500.00 Sign-on Bonus
• Starting Pay: $18.00/hour depending on experience.
• Pay Frequency: Weekly
• Experience Required: At least 1 year of Hotel or Customer Service Experience

Available Shifts:

• Second Shift- 3pm-11pm
• Must be flexible to work any shift when scheduled.

Sign- On Bonus- $500.00

This is paid out in three installments:

• $100 after 30 days of employment
• $150 after 90 days of employment
• $250 after 6 months of employment

Sign-on bonus payments are subject to the company’s eligibility and employment requirements.
