Job summary

RRI West Management, LLC is seeking friendly part-time Front Desk GSRs for the Red Roof Plus+ Columbus Downtown location. Shifts are 7am-3pm or 3pm-11pm, with weekends and holidays required.

Responsibilities include welcoming guests, check-in/check-out, handling reservations and guest requests, using the front desk system, and coordinating with housekeeping to ensure room availability. Competitive pay and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience preferred.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality required for all shifts.
• Hotel front desk experience preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Reliable and detail-oriented; ability to handle reservations and guest information.

Responsibilities

• Welcomes guests and assists during stay, including check-in/out and guest requests.
• Take reservation requests and adjust reservations as needed.
• Collaborate with hotel management and team to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Operate front desk computer system to process transactions and generate reports.
• Coordinate with housekeeping on room availability and guest status.

• Location: Red Roof Plus+ Columbus Downtown
• Address:111 East Nationwide Blvd., Columbus, OH 43215
• Positions: Front Desk -Part Time- First (7am-3pm) and Second- (3pm to 11pm)
• Starting Pay: Up to $17.00/ hour based on experience.
• Holidays and weekends required.

We are currently seekingPart-Time front desk GSRsto become the face of our property. Candidates must be available for weekends and holidays.

We are looking for individual that can work the following shift:

• Part Time First Shift- 7am to 3pm
• Part Time Second Shift- 3pm to 11pm

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of customer service experience is preferred.

What does a day as a Front Desk Representative look like?

• Welcomes guests and assist them with their stay, including checking in/out, wake up/courtesy calls, and handling guest concerns and requests.
• Take reservation requests and adjusting reservations as needed.
• Works with Hotel Management and other team members to provide an excellent guest experience.
• Use our front desk computer system to complete customer transactions and run reports.
• Communicate with the housekeeping team to be aware of room availability or guests.
