Job summary

HEI Hotels & Resorts is seeking an experienced F&B Manager for The Westin at The Woodlands, TX. You will plan and manage Restaurant, Room Service and other F&B outlets to meet customer expectations and financial goals.

Lead the day-to-day operations, supervise staff, and implement company programs while ensuring compliance with safety and SOPs. The role requires strong leadership, budgeting acumen, and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of post-high school education.
• Two+ years of full employment in a related position.
• Hotel experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct the day-to-day operations of the restaurant and room service for breakfast, lunch and dinner periods.
• Direct the day-to-day operations of the bar operations.
• Manage HR across outlets: interview, hire, schedule, train, develop, empower, coach and counsel; conduct performance reviews.
• Forecast, monitor and report outlet budgets (labor, food, beverage, supplies, equipment) to maximize revenue and control costs.
• Respond to customer trends and issues to ensure quality experience and drive future sales.
• Create promotions and buffet presentations to capture more in-house guests.
