This role emphasizes friendly English communication, professional service, and data entry into the property system. You will promote HEI programs, handle questions about facilities and local attractions, and resolve issues

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear verbal communication.
• Ability to input data accurately using a reservation system.
• Excellent guest service and patience with customers.
• Ability to work professionally with associates and guests.

Responsibilities

• Answer phone and greet guests with friendly, clear English.
• Promote HEI Hotels and brand programs; assign reservations.
• Read, verify information and input data in the reservation system.
• Answer questions about facilities, services, and local attractions.
• Know deposit and guarantee policies and communicate them clearly.
• Handle complaints tactfully and negotiate alternatives when needed.
• Attend regularly and perform other job-related duties.
