Job summary

HEI Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Restaurant Operations Manager to plan and manage our restaurant, room service and related outlets at The Westin in The Woodlands. Lead day-to-day operations while ensuring guest satisfaction, compliance, and financial performance.

You will forecast budgets, supervise staff, develop promotions, and maintain high standards of service and hospitality for a diverse guest mix. Hotel experience preferred; strong leadership and communication skills required.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of post-high school education.
• Two+ years of full employment in a related position.
• Hotel experience preferred.
• Supervision, management, and communication skills are required.
• Knowledge of hotel operations, including marketing plans, security and safety programs, personnel and labor relations, and budget forecasting.
• Ability to set priorities, plan, organize, and delegate.

Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day restaurant and room service operations for meals and bar.
• Lead HR in outlets: hire, train, develop, coach, and conduct reviews.
• Implement programs and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
• Forecast and monitor budgets: labor, food, beverage, and supplies.
• Respond to guest feedback to improve experience and drive sales.
• Develop promotions, displays, and buffet concepts to capture market share.
• Maintain sanitation and safety across outlets.
