Job summary

The Westin at The Woodlands is seeking a Complex Group Sales Manager to drive group room, banquet and rental revenue while cultivating strong relationships with new and existing clients. You will lead prospecting campaigns, deliver persuasive presentations, and close high-value group bookings across hotel spaces.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in sales, hotel experience, and a deep understanding of market trends and key customers.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales experience preferred.
• Hotel experience preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of market trends, competition, and key customers of the hotel.

Responsibilities

• Solicit new and existing accounts to meet and exceed revenue goals through telephone prospecting, outside sales calls, site inspections and written communication.
• Produce room, banquet, and room rental revenue through direct solicitation, contracts, negotiations, and closing sales.
• Coordinate departments to service accounts and communicate clear direction for high-quality service.
