AC Hotel Boston Downtown is seeking a Food & Beverage Manager to lead and coordinate all property F&B operations, ensuring high guest satisfaction and cost controls. You will supervise staff, implement brand standards, and collaborate with hotel leadership to drive revenue and quality service.

The role demands strong leadership, excellent communication, and the ability to manage schedules, training, and inventory in a fast-paced hotel setting.

Formación

• 2 years food and beverage management experience (hotel experience preferred).
• TIPS and ServSafe certification required or within 30 days if expired.
• Strong leadership and people skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communications.
• Familiar with POS systems and common computer software.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee, coordinate, supervise and direct all property food and beverage operations.
• Control food and beverage cost while driving guest satisfaction.
• Work with sales teams and Hotel General Managers at the assigned hotel.
• Recruit, interview and hire F&B staff for the hotel.
• Train and support F&B staff and ensure performance to brand/Colwen standards.
• Set departmental targets, schedules and budgets.
• Ensure service standards and compliance with laws and regulations.
• Develop menus with the F&B team.
• Maintain inventory and order supplies.
