Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 4 years experience in the food and beverage, culinary, or related professional area.
• 2-year degree in Food Service Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major; 2 years experience in F&B.

Responsibilities

• Supervises daily F&B shift operation and monitors compliance with all F&B policies, standards and procedures.
• Maintains operating budget and verifies standards and legal obligations are followed.
• Develops goals and plans to prioritize, organize, and accomplish work.
• Provides exceptional customer service and acts as a role model in guest relations.
• Coordinates cleaning program in all F&B areas and identifies improvements.

Education

High school diploma or GED; 4 years experience in F&B

2-year degree in Food Service/Hotel & Restaurant Management; 2 years F&B experience
