Ascent Hospitality is seeking an organized Executive Housekeeper at Home2 Suites by Hilton Montgomery. You will lead the Housekeeping department, oversee daily operations, and ensure guest suites and public areas meet Hilton standards and brand expectations.

Responsibilities include coaching staff, scheduling, inspections, and coordinating with Front Desk and maintenance. A proven hospitality leader with strong attention to detail will thrive in this fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Strong hotel housekeeping leadership experience.
• Knowledge of guest-room and public-area cleaning practices.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Guest-focused mindset with emphasis on cleanliness and quality.
• Ability to coach, motivate, and support team members.
• Detail-oriented with ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience managing schedules, room assignments, inspections.
• Basic computer skills; familiarity with hotel systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate daily housekeeping operations.
• Assign tasks to rooms and public areas based on occupancy and staffing.
• Inspect suites and public areas for cleanliness and presentation.
• Coach and train Room Attendants and House Attendants.
• Assist with hiring, onboarding, scheduling, attendance, and feedback.
• Monitor room status and communicate with Front Desk.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and concerns.
• Track linens and supplies; manage inventory levels.
• Coordinate maintenance issues and safety concerns reporting.
• Ensure safe use and storage of cleaning products and equipment.
• Support budgeting and monitor labor and supply costs.
• Assist with deep-cleaning schedules and special projects.
• Maintain housekeeping records and reports; adhere to standards.
