Ascent Hospitality is seeking an organized Executive Housekeeper at Home2 Suites by Hilton Montgomery. You will lead the Housekeeping department, oversee daily operations, and ensure guest suites and public areas meet Hilton standards and brand expectations.

Responsibilities include coaching staff, scheduling, inspections, and coordinating with Front Desk and maintenance. A proven hospitality leader with strong attention to detail will thrive in this fast-paced environment.

As Executive Housekeeper, you will lead the Housekeeping department and help ensure guest suites and hotel public areas are clean, comfortable, and ready to welcome guests. You’ll guide and support the team, coordinate daily operations, and help maintain Hilton brand and company standards.

What You Will Do

• Lead and coordinate the daily operations of the Housekeeping department.
• Assign room-cleaning and public-area tasks based on occupancy, staffing, and operational needs.
• Inspect guest suites and public areas to ensure cleanliness, maintenance, and presentation meet hotel and brand standards.
• Coach, train, and support Room Attendants, House Attendants, and other Housekeeping team members.
• Assist with hiring, onboarding, scheduling, attendance tracking, and performance feedback.
• Monitor room status and communicate updates with the Front Desk and other departments.
• Respond to guest requests and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Track linens, cleaning supplies, amenities, and equipment; help maintain appropriate inventory levels.
• Coordinate the reporting and follow-up of maintenance issues, safety concerns, and damaged items.
• Help ensure cleaning products and equipment are used, stored, and maintained safely.
• Support department budgeting and help monitor labor, supply costs, and productivity.
• Assist with deep-cleaning schedules, preventive maintenance coordination, and special projects.
• Maintain accurate housekeeping records, checklists, and reports.
• Follow Hilton brand standards, company policies, and applicable health and safety procedures.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous hotel housekeeping experience; supervisory or housekeeping leadership experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of guest-room and public-area cleaning practices.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and team leadership skills.
• A guest-focused mindset and commitment to cleanliness and quality.
• Ability to coach, motivate, and support team members.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to manage schedules, room assignments, inspections, and changing operational needs.
• Basic computer skills; experience with hotel systems is a plus.
• Dependability, professionalism, and a strong sense of ownership.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and assist with housekeeping tasks as needed, with or without reasonable accommodation.
