Job summary

Home2 Suites by Hilton is seeking a professional Housekeeping Supervisor to lead a team of housekeeping professionals and create an environment for them to excel. You will focus on training, quality control, and efficient labor management on a daily basis, including hiring, staff development, and scheduling.

You will oversee daily schedules, ensure cleaning standards are met, assist with cleaning when needed, and coordinate stock and maintenance reporting to keep operations smooth.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor or in a similar role preferred.
• Strong management and organizational skills.
• Proficient with computers to create schedules.

Responsibilities

• Create and update housekeeping schedules daily.
• Hire and train all housekeeping staff.
• Ensure company cleaning standards are consistently met.
• Assist as needed in cleaning according to company standards.
• Assist with deep cleanings when necessary.
• Organize and maintain stock of supplies and laundry.
• Report maintenance issues to maintenance/management.
