Job summary

Ascent Hospitality in Montgomery, AL is seeking an Executive Housekeeper to lead all Housekeeping operations, ensuring guest rooms and public areas meet our standards.

You will supervise 15+ team members, collaborate with Front Office, manage schedules, training, and inventory, and uphold safety and cleanliness across the property. Experience with budgeting and vendor coordination is preferred. Competitive benefits and advancement opportunities available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in hotel housekeeping leadership preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to supervise 15+ team members.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness standards for guest rooms, public spaces, and meeting areas.
• Lead housekeeping operations, budgeting, forecasting, inventory control, and policy enforcement.
• Monitor and develop team performance; provide coaching and recognition.
• Recruit, interview, and train team members.
• Ensure proper use and labeling of cleaning chemicals per regulations.
• Create and post weekly housekeeping and laundry schedules.
• Coordinate with Front Office to ensure guest room satisfaction.
• Oversee laundry operations and equipment upkeep.
• Manage inventory and storage of supplies.
• Complete required logs and Lost and Found documentation.
