Job summary

Encore is seeking a Technician to set up and operate basic audiovisual systems in a hotel/conference center setting. You will ensure guest satisfaction by meeting site needs, testing equipment, and coordinating with staff and vendors.

The role requires a High School Diploma, a valid driver’s license, and 1 year of customer service or AV experience. Training will be provided, and the position involves on-site visits and occasional lifting requirements.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; an Associate’s degree is preferred.
• 1 year of customer service or hospitality experience preferred.
• 1 year of audio-visual experience or equivalent in an educational environment preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required for team members that may operate Company vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and breakdown basic audiovisual equipment as listed in Qualifications.
• Provide outstanding on-site customer service and address guest needs.
• Troubleshoot equipment and software issues quickly and professionally.
• Enter orders and interact with staff and outside vendors; complete Navigator entries as needed.
