The role emphasizes leadership, operational excellence, financial acumen, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service across departments, while driving performance and ensuring compliance with standards and regulations.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in hotel management or similar hospitality role.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities.
• Excellent organizational and problem solving skills.
• Proficiency in hotel management software and MS Office.

Mansioni

• Oversee day-to-day hotel operations in collaboration with the General Manager.
• Maintain guest satisfaction through service excellence and issue resolution.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
• Lead and develop department heads and staff through training and mentorship.
