Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hotel/Restaurant Management or Business (preferred).
• 2–5 years as Hotel General Manager or similar management role.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily hotel operations to achieve planned revenue and guest satisfaction goals.
• Provide leadership, training, and direction to hotel staff to ensure high quality service and asset protection.
• Develop and manage budgets, forecast labor costs, and control expenses to meet financial targets.
• Maintain quality standards, safety, and adherence to company policies and procedures.
