Team Car Care West, LLC (US) invites applications for an Assistant General Manager in Woodstock, IL. This role partners with the GM to drive revenue, improve guest counts, and lead a team with ongoing coaching and training. You will oversee store operations and ensure an exceptional guest experience.

You will manage inventory, cash handling, and safety, while supporting budgeting, forecasts, and performance initiatives in a fast-paced, retail environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 years retail management experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated leadership and team development abilities.
• Able to analyze financial objectives to increase sales and service results.
• Guest-first mindset and professional conduct.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and procedures.
• Able to lift and move items up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Partner with GM to drive revenue growth and guest count.
• Coach and mentor teammates; lead daily huddles and store meetings.
• Oversee inventory, cash handling, and store operations.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and adherence to guidelines.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasts, and expense controls.
• Provide clear direction and develop an engaged workforce.
