The role requires strong leadership, proactive problem solving, and excellent communication, with five years of progressive hotel experience (or a related degree) and supervisory background.

Qualifications

• Five years of progressive hotel experience (Rooms or F&B) or a related degree.
• Supervisory background required.
• Ability to stay calm and objective under pressure.
• Must hold or obtain certifications such as Food Handlers, Alcohol Awareness, CPR, and First Aid.

Responsibilities
