Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Intermediate knowledge of overall hotel operations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage hotel departments to uphold brand standards and service quality.
• Assist GM with forecasts, budgets, and operations to maximize revenue and control costs.
• Oversee and coordinate accounts payable/receivable and cash handling.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and respond to feedback to improve service levels.
• Work with sales to implement strategies to boost occupancy and revenue.
• Ensure front office systems and equipment run smoothly.
