Strong emphasis on guest satisfaction, adherence to SOPs, and collaboration with sales for new business opportunities. Flexible to work weekends, holidays, and nights as needed.

Aufgaben

• Oversee all hotel operations and support the General Manager.
• Supervise department heads and staff to ensure policy adherence.
• Assist with hiring, training, and performance reviews.
• Handle guest concerns and ensure prompt service recovery.
• Monitor guest feedback and implement improvements.
• Maintain reports on cash flow, AR aging, billing, and inventory.
• Lead morning meetings in GM's absence and assist with planning.
• Ensure SOPs, safety, and brand standards compliance.
• Perform property and room inspections and oversee maintenance.
• Collaborate with sales on client relations and new opportunities.
• Fill in across departments when needed and respond to emergencies.
• Support audits and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
