Holiday Inn Express and Suites is seeking an Assistant Hotel General Manager to oversee daily hotel operations and ensure smooth, profitable performance. The AGM will support the General Manager across departments, guiding staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences and maintain high service standards.

The role emphasizes teamwork, leadership by example, and the ability to address guest concerns efficiently while upholding health and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Hotel experience required.
• Front Desk experience preferred.
• Housekeeping experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills as well as a business mindset.
• Demonstrable aptitude in decision-making and problem-solving.
• Reliable with an ability to multi-task and work well under pressure.
• Outstanding leadership skills and a great attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Assist General Manager in supervising work at all levels (Front Desk, Breakfast staff, housekeeping staff and set clear objectives)
• Assist in plan activities and allocate responsibilities to achieve the most efficient operating model
• Communicate with guests (welcome them in the facilities, address their complaints, find solutions to problems, offer information, etc.)
• Assist in leading housekeeping department
• Assist in inspecting facilities regularly and enforce strict compliance with health and safety standards
