Extended Stay America in Irvine, CA seeks an Assistant General Manager to oversee day-to-day hotel operations and support the General Manager. You will supervise hourly staff, manage scheduling, and ensure adherence to safety and service standards to deliver an exceptional guest experience.

You will lead onboarding, training, and daily activities, driving revenue growth while controlling costs. The role requires leadership, hands-on management, and strong communication with guests and associates.

Qualifications

• Prior hotel experience required.
• High School Diploma or GED (or equivalent).
• Prior supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities
