Qualifications

• Prior hotel supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong English reading/writing and verbal communication.
• Ability to train associates and manage daily operations.
• Demonstrates guest service excellence.

Responsabilités

• Lead daily hotel operations and supervise 8–15 hourly associates.
• Support GM to drive revenue, control costs, and guest satisfaction.
• Train associates on brand standards and performance expectations.
• Ensure safety and security procedures are followed.
• Resolve guest issues and escalate to GM when needed.
• Maintain inventory control and budget adherence.
• Provide front desk and operational back-up as needed.
