The Arcadian Hotel Brookline, part of Pyramid Global Hospitality, is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead daily hotel operations and drive exceptional guest experiences.

Located in Brookline near downtown Boston, the property offers 264 guest rooms, 5,500 sq ft of meeting space, and a modern, welcoming work environment. The AGM will partner with the General Manager to achieve financial and service goals.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of progressive hospitality leadership experience.
• Bachelor degree in Hospitality or Travel & Tourism Management.
• Experience in Food & Beverage operations and HR leadership.
• Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager in day-to-day hotel operations.
• Oversee front desk, housekeeping, food & beverage, and maintenance.
• Ensure adherence to policies, service standards, and safety.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and respond to feedback.
• Participate in budgeting and cost control.
• Recruit, train, and develop hotel staff.
• Prepare regular performance reports for leadership.
