Job summary

The Arcadian Hotel Brookline, part of Pyramid Global Hospitality, is seeking an Assistant General Manager to oversee daily hotel operations and ensure outstanding guest experiences. Working with the General Manager, you will guide front desk, housekeeping, F&B, maintenance, and other departments toward sharing a common standard of service.

Ideal candidates bring 3–5 years in hotel leadership, a hospitality degree, and bilingual English and Spanish.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or related field preferred.
• 3–5 years of progressive hospitality leadership experience.
• Bi-lingual in English and Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day hotel operations with the General Manager.
• Supervise front desk, housekeeping, F&B, maintenance and other departments.
• Ensure adherence to brand standards, policies, and service levels.
• Promote guest-centric service and promptly address issues.
• Assist in budgeting, cost control and staff development.
