Job summary

Charlie Health, Inc. in Houston is seeking a Clinical Outreach professional to build relationships with clinical partners and drive access to behavioral health services in local markets.

You’ll travel locally 4-5 days/week, meet with patients, parents, and providers, and collaborate with marketing, product, client success, and legal teams to hit GTM goals. A 1-4 year sales track record and fluent English are required, with a strong emphasis on relationship-building and project management.

Qualifications

• 1–4 years proven sales experience; owning & overachieving KPIs is a plus.
• Experience selling to hospitals is a plus.
• Able to travel locally with reliable transportation and valid driver’s license (~1 hour driving distance) 4–5 days/week.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Develop and operationalize GTM strategy for efficient new market penetration.
• Build and manage relationships with referral sources across priority markets.
• Go in the field 4–5 days/week to lead meetings with patients, parents, and providers to uncover needs and address barriers to treatment.
• Design strategies to better support and engage referral partners across channels.
• Deepen Charlie Health’s penetration across existing partnerships.
• Lead and participate in educational meetings, marketing presentations, and networking events.
