Qualifications

• 3+ years of hospitality leadership experience in high-volume, full-service settings.
• Proven ability to manage labor and food costs, inventory, and strategic resources.
• Strong computer skills: Excel, inventory systems, POS, and email communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop team members with structured training and guidance to uphold dining room standards.
• Partner with Hospitality Leader to shape service strategy, recruitment, onboarding, and team performance.
• Drive operational excellence by upholding quality and safety standards and regulatory compliance.
• Engage with guests and team members to create a seamless hospitality experience.
• Support financial goals by analyzing labor and sales performance and implementing revenue-enhancing practices.
• Create strategic schedules to optimize business performance and guest experience.
• Cover leadership gaps in the Hospitality Leader's absence to ensure smooth operations.
