Thrive Restaurant Group seeks a Restaurant Hospitality Supervisor (Hourly) to lead the dining room and kitchen teams, delivering exceptional guest experiences and driving a profitable operation. You will work closely with managers to recruit, train, and mentor staff, while upholding food safety standards and brand guidelines.

This role is designed to prepare you for restaurant management, offering development opportunities and hands-on leadership experience in a family-oriented environment.

Qualificações

• Previous experience in a casual dining restaurant
• Minimum one (1) year of experience in a supervisory role
• Ability to make decisions and resolve problems
• Ability to guide, direct, and motivate staff
• Ability to plan and prioritize tasks
• Ability to teach and train staff
• Ability to monitor processes, materials, and resources
• Ability to operate, repair, and maintain equipment
• Ability to perform administrative tasks
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices and regulations
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and good judgment

Responsabilidades

• Lead and oversee the operation of the dining room and kitchen
• Assist Managers with recruiting, leading, training, and developing the hospitality team
• Provide vision, coaching, and feedback around guest experience for friendly, efficient service
• Foster team cohesiveness and a positive work environment
• Oversee opening and closing activities
• Ensure excellent customer service
• Ensure cleanliness and sanitation
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, hygiene, security and alcohol regulations
• Monitor team duties during peak times to expedite service
• Monitor food/beverage delivery, portion sizes, and presentation per standards
• Investigate and resolve guest complaints
• Report personnel problems to Managers
• Adhere to state and federal regulations
• Learn and train about restaurant management and forecasting/scheduling/budgeting/labor/inventory
• Perform manual service or maintenance tasks as needed
• Learn administrative duties per company policy
