Thrive Restaurant Group is seeking a Restaurant Hospitality Supervisor to lead the hospitality team, create a positive work culture, and deliver an outstanding guest experience while ensuring profitable operations.

This role is designed to prepare you for restaurant management, with support for development and training, as you grow into a Manager position. Expect 35-45 hours per week, with evenings and weekends, and strict adherence to health and brand standards.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a casual dining restaurant.
• Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Ability to make decisions and resolve problems.
• Ability to guide, direct, and motivate staff.
• Ability to plan and prioritize tasks.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the operation of the restaurant dining room and kitchen.
• Assist the Managers with recruiting, leading, training, and developing the hospitality team to mastery of their roles.
• Actively lead by providing vision, coaching, and feedback around the guest experience to ensure friendly and efficient service.
• Foster team cohesiveness and positive team working environment.
• Oversee opening and closing activities.
• Ensure excellent customer service.
• Ensure cleanliness and sanitation.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards and policies.
• Investigate and resolve guest complaints regarding food quality, service, or accommodations.
