Capital Vacations seeks a guest-focused Hospitality Specialist to deliver warm, welcoming service and address guest needs throughout their stay. You will manage front desk duties, assist with reservations, and coordinate with various departments to ensure satisfaction.

The role emphasizes accurate revenue processing, strong communication, and a proactive approach to guest inquiries, aiming to create memorable experiences for owners and guests alike.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Hospitality or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong computer skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Operate front desk in a fast-paced environment.
• Check guests in/out, collect balances, post charges, and manage reservations.
• Answer guest questions about local restaurants and attractions.
• Make courtesy and follow-up calls; communicate with owners/guests.
• Coordinate with other departments to fulfill requests.
• Process revenue transactions and balance cash drawer daily.
• Enter maintenance requests in SPI promptly and manage related tasks.
