Traditions Hospitality Group is seeking a Shift Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure exceptional service for guests and team members at our Kingston location.

You will supervise front-of-house and back-of-house staff, train teammates, and manage inventory while upholding safety and standards in a fast-paced environment. This role emphasizes leadership, guest satisfaction, and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Able to obtain Gaming and ABLE licenses.
• Minimum of 2 years supervisory experience in hospitality or food service.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays.
• Maintain a polished professional appearance per dress code.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate staff during shifts across front-of-house and back-of-house.
• Ensure compliance with policies and safety standards to maintain a welcoming environment.
• Train and mentor team members to uphold service standards.
• Manage inventory including ordering and receiving supplies; monitor stock levels.
• Respond to guest inquiries, concerns and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Monitor metrics like sales and labor costs and implement efficiency strategies.
