Job summary

Traditions Hospitality Group is seeking a Shift Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure exceptional service for guests and team members. You’ll supervise front-of-house and back-of-house staff, train teammates, manage inventory, and address guest concerns with professionalism.

Strong leadership and communication skills are essential for success in a fast-paced setting. At least 2 years of supervisory hospitality experience is required; the role may require gaming and ABLE licenses.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in hospitality, beverage, or food service.
• Ability to obtain Gaming license.
• Ability to obtain ABLE license.
• Professional appearance and strong guest-service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate staff during shifts, including front-of-house and back-of-house operations.
• Train and mentor team members to uphold service standards.
• Manage inventory, including ordering and receiving supplies and monitoring stock levels.
• Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally and promptly.
• Monitor sales and labor metrics; implement strategies to boost efficiency and profitability.
