Traditions Hospitality Group is seeking a Shift Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure exceptional service for guests and team members. You will supervise staff across front-of-house and back-of-house, train team members, and manage inventory while upholding company standards.

The role requires 2+ years in supervision in hospitality, plus the ability to obtain gaming and ABLE licenses. You should be flexible with shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, in a high-volume

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in a supervisory role within the hospitality, beverage, or food service industry.
• Must be 21 years of age and able to obtain Gaming and ABLE licenses.
• Strong leadership and communication skills; ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate staff during assigned shifts (front-of-house and back-of-house).
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures and standards to maintain a safe, welcoming environment.
• Train and mentor team members to uphold service standards and guest experiences.
• Manage inventory, order/receive supplies, monitor stock levels.
• Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally and promptly.
• Monitor sales and labor costs; implement strategies to optimize efficiency and profitability.
