Traditions Hospitality Group is seeking an Assistant Manager to help oversee daily operations, lead a team, and ensure exceptional guest experiences. You will collaborate with management to enhance service standards and drive business growth in a dynamic hospitality setting.

The role requires 21+ years old, 2+ years in hospitality, and the ability to obtain Gaming and ABLE licenses. A flexible schedule and travel as needed are expected benefits of joining our team.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a hospitality-related role.
• Must be able to obtain a Gaming license and an ABLE license.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations including staff management, guest relations and facility maintenance.
• Support the implementation of policies and procedures to maintain high standards of service and efficiency.
• Collaborate with management to develop and implement strategies for business growth and guest satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
• Handle administrative tasks including scheduling, inventory management and financial reporting.
