Job summary

Chick-fil-A Marlborough is seeking a Hospitality Shift Leader to guide front-of-house operations, coach team members, and ensure an exceptional guest experience reflecting Chick-fil-A's hospitality culture. The role requires a flexible schedule across mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

You will lead shifts, uphold service standards, manage guest concerns, and maintain station organization while ensuring compliance with food safety and company policies.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years old.
• Experience in fast-casual or hospitality is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support front-of-house during assigned shifts.
• Deliver exceptional guest service and set the standard for hospitality.
• Coach, train, and develop team members on service standards.
• Monitor guest flow, station organization, and cleanliness.
• Address guest concerns professionally and promptly.
• Oversee cash handling, POS procedures, and shift reporting.
• Coordinate opening, transition, and closing procedures.
• Foster teamwork and identify/solve operational issues.
• Maintain compliance with food safety and workplace policies.
