Job summary

Chick-fil-A Marlborough is seeking a Kitchen Shift Leader to support and lead kitchen operations, ensure consistent food quality, uphold food safety standards, and develop team members for exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced restaurant.

You will oversee shifts, train staff, monitor inventory, and coordinate with management to improve processes while maintaining a clean, efficient kitchen environment. A flexible schedule including weekends is required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred (food service a plus).
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead kitchen operations during assigned shifts and oversee food preparation.
• Ensure adherence to food safety, sanitation, and health regulations.
• Train, coach, and develop kitchen team members to high standards.
• Communicate expectations clearly and maintain accountability for team performance.
• Monitor inventory, restock supplies, and support opening/closing procedures.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Ensure proper execution of recipes, portion control, and product quality.
• Address operational issues and coordinate with management to improve processes.
• Perform other duties to support kitchen and restaurant success.
