Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred (food service experience a plus).
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead kitchen operations during assigned shifts and oversee food preparation.
• Ensure adherence to Chick-fil-A’s food safety, sanitation, and health regulations.
• Train, coach, and develop kitchen team members to perform at high standards.
• Communicate expectations clearly and maintain accountability for team performance.
• Monitor inventory, restock supplies, and support daily opening and closing procedures.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Ensure proper execution of recipes, portion control, and product quality.
• Address operational issues and coordinate with management to improve processes.
• Perform other duties as needed to support kitchen and restaurant success.
