Flexibility is required—mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays. You will lead shifts, handle cash and POS, monitor flow, and maintain safety and cleanliness while delivering outstanding hospitality.

• Oversee cash handling, POS procedures, and shift reporting.
• Coordinate opening, transition, and closing procedures.
• Promote teamwork and identify operational issues to implement solutions.
• Maintain compliance with food safety, sanitation, and workplace policies.
