Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support front-of-house team during assigned shifts.
• Deliver exceptional guest service by setting the standard for hospitality.
• Coach, train, and develop front line team members on service standards.
• Monitor guest flow, ensure station organization, and maintain cleanliness.
• Manage guest concerns professionally and timely.
• Oversee cash handling, POS procedures, and shift reporting.
• Coordinate opening, transition, and closing procedures.
• Promote teamwork, identify operational issues, and implement solutions.
• Maintain compliance with food safety, sanitation, and workplace policies.
