Job summary

Ascent Hospitality is seeking a Server to join our team in Huntsville, AL. You will greet guests, seat them, and deliver food and beverages with a focus on friendly, efficient service.

Maintain knowledge of menu items, uphold brand standards, and work with the team to ensure a smooth dining experience for hotel and restaurant guests. Eligibility includes a High School Diploma or equivalent, and at least six months of customer service experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Six months customer service, hotel or restaurant experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Must obtain TIPS certification within 30 days.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and seat them with a warm welcome.
• Provide fast, friendly professional service and assist with dining room setup.
• Serve food and beverages in accordance with standards and in a courteous manner.
• Maintain knowledge of menu items and brand standards.
• Assist with restaurant setup, cleanup and restocking as needed.
• Communicate effectively with Management and Team Members.
