Job summary

Valor Hospitality Partners, LLC is seeking a friendly Food & Beverage Team Member to provide prompt, courteous service and maintain a clean, welcoming dining area at our Huntsville property.

Requirements include a high school education (or equivalent) and 3–6 months in food/beverage service. You will assist with prep, seating, clearing tables, and interacting with guests in a fast-paced setting. Training and team discounts offered.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent experience.
• Three - Six months experience in a food/beverage services environment or establishment.
• Must have vision ability to clearly see detailed guest checks, computer print outs, written instructions and to observe entire restaurant in dimly lit conditions.
• Must have manual coordination to punch buttons, grasp items in hand, and to balance and carry trays loaded with food and beverages.
• Communicate information and hotel services to management, staff and guests.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that guests have an enjoyable dining experience by providing prompt and courteous food and beverage services to restaurant customers.
• Tables are cleaned and set in a timely manner, maintain settings, clear finished courses and dirty dishes.
• Restock and clean areas as instructed.
• Attend pre-meal and departmental meetings to stay informed about products and service.
• Present a clean, professional appearance and maintain a friendly demeanor.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
