Job summary

Tandem Hospitality Group is seeking a Sales and Catering Coordinator to answer sales office calls when staff are unavailable and to respond to inquiries promptly, professionally, and accurately.

The role requires organizing the sales office, maintaining a filing system for documents, and producing department reports. You will prepare proposal materials, coordinate contracted groups, and ensure follow-up on client needs.

Qualifications

• College degree with at least 1 year of hotel sales experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Experience with hotel information systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer sales office phones when staff unavailable and respond to inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Maintain an organized office environment and an easy-to-use filing system for sales documents.
• Create and distribute reports necessary for the department.
• Develop professional sales presentation materials with guidance.
• Coordinate all contracted groups and follow up on signed business by the sales manager/DOS.
