Responsibilities

• Answer sales office phones when staff unavailable and greet clients.
• Maintain an organized office and easy-to-use file system.
• Create and distribute reports necessary for the department.
• Develop professional sales presentation materials with guidance.
• Respond to inquiries via phone, written communications, advertising, or tradeshows.
• Coordinate all groups contracted by the sales manager/DOS and follow up on signed/contracted business.
• Draft and send professional correspondence and proposals.
• Host property tours and familiarize customers with property features, products and services.
• Maintain positive inter-department relationships to expedite communication.
