Qualifications

• Experience in hotel sales, catering, event coordination, or admin support preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication and exceptional organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond to sales inquiries promptly by phone and email with professional communications.
• Prepare sales proposals, contracts, room block agreements, and event estimates.
• Maintain leads, prospects, and business records across systems.
• Coordinate meetings, site tours, client appointments, and travel schedules.
• Prepare and issue BEOs, resumes, and function sheets; ensure timelines and setups meet client needs.
