Fairmont Washington, D.C., Georgetown is seeking an Assistant Outlets Manager to lead daily restaurant, Lobby Bar and In Room Dining operations. You will plan shifts, drive sales targets, coach colleagues, control costs and ensure guest satisfaction across multiple outlets.

The role emphasizes strong leadership, hospitality excellence and a proactive approach to service and safety, with opportunities for growth within the Fairmont network.

• Previous supervisory experience in a hotel restaurant.
• Proven leadership and coaching abilities.
• Strong guest-service mindset and communication skills.
